Real Madrid’s second day in Los Angeles saw an impressive presence of Florentino Perez as a major attraction for the Whites. The president appeared at the UCLA facilities to watch the team’s training and unleashed an even more frenzy with dozens of Real Madrid fans stationed at the gates of Wallis Annberg Stadium.

Many of them asked for another Champions League (“Go for the 15!”) but above all, other requests caught the eye. A good number of people demanded… that Cristiano Ronaldo return to Real Madrid.
Florentino stayed long with them and patiently signed autographs for 15 minutes under the Los Angeles sun. A fan asked him while wearing the 35th La Liga title shirt: “Perez, Florentino, please bring Cristiano back!” Another shouted at him: “Don’t let him go to Atletico Madrid!” Florentino did not respond, but that did not stop more madridistas who demanded the same thing again.
Florentino Perez will attend the Clasico of Real Madrid and Barcelona in Las Vegas and then return to Spain to deal with important pre-season matters, but will meet Juan Laporta, the Catalan club president, on Saturday during the big pre-season game.
