Isco Alarcon terminated his contract with Real Madrid on June 30th. Despite being a free agent since January and being able to easily negotiate his future, the Malaga player does not have a squad yet.
Isco always had signing options for Real Betis and Sevilla, but he prioritized the latter due to the Champions League, Defensa Central confirmed.
Lopetegui, the Sevilla coach, has always believed in him and wanted him to be in his team. For this reason, Munshi was doing everything in his power to talk to those around him and convince him to sign.
The problem for the Andalusian club is that it must first release Oliver Torres and Conde, two players who will leave money in Sevilla’s coffers.
Isco will also have to make an effort and his salary will be greatly reduced. With all sides ready, only details are missing but the Malaga-born player will play for Sanchez Pizjuan.
The idea is to end the process when Seville returns from his Asian tour and Isco will become Real Madrid’s opponent for the whole season, fulfilling his desire to play in the Champions League and continue in Spain.
