L’Equipe: “Real Madrid is competing with Paris Saint Germain to sign another French jewel”

Hugo Etekiki is one of the most wanted strikers in Europe. The first to pay attention to him was Newcastle, which has put him as one of his priorities in the ongoing summer market. And the French newspaper L’Equipe indicates that the English team wants to outperform other clubs wishing to include the 20-year-old Frenchman.

The French newspaper reported that Bayern Munich, Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid are in the race for the Reims player. The Bavarians are considering a possible signing with him to replace Robert Lewandowski.

The Paris club has been interested in him for a long time too, but first he must get rid of several players to implement new deals. Ekteki is the third most valuable attacker of the season as assessed by Olocip, an artificial intelligence company, among those under the age of 21.

The striker, with an average of 0.46, scores a goal almost every two games at the age of 19. Only Adeyemi and Halland scored a greater than average of 0.56 and 0.62, respectively.

Ancelotti’s side has also shown interest that after Camavinga and Tchouameni, they can get a new gem of the French league. There is still no official offer, but L’Equipe reports that there have been contacts with the player’s entourage and his agent, who has traveled to Madrid to meet with club officials.
