Rodrygo reveals a secret about Benzema’s “panenka” penalty against Manchester City

4-3 against Manchester City in the first leg of the Champions League semi-final, which was held on Tuesday evening at the Etihad Stadium in Manchester.

Karim Benzema scored two of the three goals scored by Real Madrid in the match, one of which was a penalty kick by the famous Panenka method. The Brazilian winger, Rodrygo, apparently has a secret about the kick which he revealed to reporters after the match.

Rodrygo Goes was one of the Real Madrid players who walked out of the mixed zone at the Etihad Stadium to make their comments after the match. The Brazilian, like his friend and compatriot Vinicius Junior, spoke about the saga at the Bernabeu in the rematch.

Ask the audience to come back

“Now we know how strong we are at the Bernabeu with our fans. Let’s do as we did in the previous match.”
