A mysterious statement from Real Madrid about Militao

Eder Militao has become an indispensable piece in Carlo Ancelotti’s squad, as the Brazilian defender formed an iron brace at the heart of Real Madrid’s defense with Austrian David Alaba.

Real  Madrid announced  the absence of  Eder Militao  from the white team match tonight (9:00 pm Spain time) against  Real Mallorca . The Brazilian defender was absent from the squad announced by Carlo Ancelotti, and Real Madrid’s statement did not specify the reason for his absence. 

And the white club said in the statement: “Militao will not be available for the match that Real Madrid will play today in Mallorca, for the match of La Liga round number 28 (9:00 pm).”

Real Madrid did not explain exactly why the player was absent from the match, but it is known that he is threatened with missing the Clasico match next Sunday due to the accumulation of warnings, he, Casemiro and Mendy. If either of them gets a yellow card against Mallorca, he will automatically miss the Barcelona match.

It seems that Ancelotti preferred not to risk Militao in particular, as he considers him an essential and important piece in his squad that faces Barcelona in a match that if he wins, he will enhance his lead in La Liga and kill the clinical competition for the title in his favour, as well as deal a strong blow to Xavi’s team, which continues to rise strongly in performance and results.
